Answer me this. Why has the default spell-checker on MS Word shifted to Spanish? When I arrived back two weeks ago it was still on UK English. Last week it decided to go with US English without asking me (I wonder if the computer downloaded an update and then decided to surprise me). Now it's gone to Spanish. WTF? This option wasn't available last year! I know because I WANTED Spanish on there, it would've been handy in my Spanish class. But I couldn't download it and would have to pay for it. Los ladrones, I thought. Me quieren pagar por el culo? No voy a hacerlo. Yeah, that showed them, because now I can't get it back to English. I guess I have to fiddle with the settings and reset the computer. Why should a reset be necessary?
Anyway, there's a wedding coming up soon which should be interesting, especially since she's Vietnamese and he's Greek. I can only imagine what the catering will be like! I'll certainly be pigging out and trying to cope with my Lonely Planet Greek Phrasebook!
