Oh boy. We're having problems with the landlady now over the electricity bill. She and her husband run their business from the garage, and as such we have an agreement: they pay half of the bill, which suits us fine. Normally it's about €200 a month, so with five roommates we each only pay €20. The landlady is now saying that the new bill is €1400, which is impossible. Afterall, 4 of my roommates were gone for 2 weeks last month. So the consenus between the roommates is unanimous: like hell we're paying that. Unless she shows us the bill, she's full of shit.
I've lived in 4 apartments since the end of July. Is number 5 just around the corner?

That sucks. makes you wonder if the electric company had just been guessing these last few months, and now they actually looked at the meter and are backbilling.
